Abstract: Bulgari, as a top global luxury brand, has established a significant position in the jewelry and fashion industries with its exquisite craftsmanship and unique designs. It holds extremely high commercial value and the success of its marketing strategies plays a crucial role in guiding the industry's development. This study takes Bulgari as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of cultural differences on luxury brand marketing strategies, thereby providing references for luxury enterprises to formulate more effective marketing strategies in cross-cultural markets. This study adopts the literature analysis research method. By reviewing relevant literature and conducting research based on Bulgari's actual marketing cases in different cultural markets, the study reveals that cultural differences significantly influence Bulgari’s marketing strategies, particularly in product design and advertising promotion. Bulgari needs to adjust its strategies according to local conditions and respect local culture. Successful cross-cultural marketing can enhance brand influence and market share.
