The cross-cultural bridge: business and cultural differences between Portugal and Germany

Abstract: Cultural differences play an important role in business interactions, workplace dynamics, and leadership styles. By understanding cultural differences, we can understand patterns of behavior and the reasons behind them. This article aims to explore the cultural differences between Portugal and Germany, with a special focus on professional environments and economic relations. The following theoretical frameworks were used to explore this difference: the 6-D’s Model of National Culture and Erin Meyer’s Model. Additionally, the use of an interview with a specialist in Luso-German studies.
