Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Over the past few years, the retail business has experienced substantial growth. The number of retail enterprises, both organized and disorganized, has increased. Tire 2 and tire 3 cities are constantly being infiltrated by numerous global firms as they continue to grow their retail shop changes. After organized retailing emerged, consumer perceptions of unorganized commerce underwent a dramatic shift. Organized retailing has attracted consumers and is still expanding because of the convenience and time-saving benefits it provides by offering all commodities under one roof. Advancements in technology, shifts in the economy, and changes in societal standards have all had a substantial impact on consumer behavior. This study examines the major shifts in consumer behavior that have occurred globally, both online and offline, with the help of statistical formulas, statistics, and numerical analysis. Trends including the rise of sustainable consumption, the impact of social media, the dominance of mobile commerce, and an increase in online purchasing are all identified in the report. It also looks at future characteristics, risks, dangers, and market consequences, as well as how these changes will affect organizations and marketers.
