The Influence of Research Formats in Small Groups on the Ability of 8th Grade Students to Find Optimal Solutions
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Modern education emphasizes the development of critical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to find optimal solutions. This study explored the impact of free discussion, step-by-step analysis, and brainstorming on eighth graders' problem-solving skills. Each format has its strengths and limitations: free discussion fosters creativity but can become chaotic; step-by-step analysis organizes the process but reduces flexibility; brainstorming generates diverse ideas but requires careful filtering. Proposed solutions include role distribution, time management, and reflection.
