Abstract: The article addresses the problem of algorithmizing the complex modelling of innovation development in a college’s educational system under conditions of uncertainty. The relevance of the issue under study stems from the importance of the college as a segment of vocational education, as modern society increasingly demands improving the quality of education fostering a competitive individual for the development of Ukraine in conditions of uncertainty. The analysis of recent studies demonstrates ongoing attention from scientists to modelling as a tool for the prognostic study of various problems, including the introduction of innovations in the college educational system. It also highlights the level of development of issues related to educational systems. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence of the concepts in the context related to the topic under study, to define the principles and algorithm of complex modelling of the development of innovations in the college educational system. Definitions of ‘complex modelling of the development of innovations in the educational system of college’ and ‘development of innovations in the educational system of college’ are proposed. It is emphasized that the complexity of the modelling procedure is ensured by considering certain parameters, including: material, technical, scientific, and methodological support for the educational process. The principles are highlighted, and a detailed algorithm for complex modelling of the development of innovations in the college educational system is proposed in the following stages: diagnostic and analytical, prognostic and target, project and modelling, organisational and technological, monitoring and corrective. Each stage has a goal, main steps, and examples of results. The characteristics of integrated modelling that reflect its specificity are outlined. It is emphasized that to account for the conditions of uncertainty, it is necessary to integrate adaptive and scenario approaches. The importance of complex modelling for the sustainability and competitiveness of a college under conditions of uncertainty is underscored. Further research is needed to describe the procedures of each stage to develop criteria for assessing the integrated modelling of innovation development in the college educational system.
