Abstract: • Aqueous-softened HME enabled solvent-free valorization of C. asiatica biomass. • Continuous processing generated dual fractions: CA Solution and CA Sphere. • CA Sphere formulations adsorbed rhodamine B and tetracycline effectively. • HME improved triterpenoid accessibility and antioxidant responsiveness. • It demonstrated biocompatibility under inflammatory and oxidative stress conditions.
