Abstract: The role of teachers in creating learning communities to develop students is crucial in promoting collaborative learning environments that support the exchange of ideas, teamwork, and the development of social skills necessary for the 21st century. Teachers play a key role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere by encouraging students to engage in questioning and exchanging ideas, while also supporting them in learning from mistakes and working effectively in teams. This article also highlights the use of technology to enhance learning and the assessment of learning within learning communities.
