Abstract: This study aimed to describe a teacher’s experience in planning, implementing, and reflecting on the Cooperative Learning Make a Match model in Grade III IPAS learning at SDS Almira. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. One Grade III teacher was selected purposively. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and field notes, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data credibility was strengthened through technique triangulation. The findings show that the teacher planned learning systematically by formulating objectives based on the Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP), selecting a model appropriate to the material and students’ characteristics, preparing Make a Match cards, and arranging learning steps according to the model syntax. During implementation, the teacher acted as facilitator, guide, motivator, and classroom manager. Reflection was used to identify strengths and challenges and to plan improvements.
