Abstract: نسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى معرفة التطورات المحققة من طرف مؤسسة الاسمنت حجار السود في مجال حماية البيئة سعيا منها لتحقيق الاستدامة، لأجل ذلك قمنا بتحليل مؤشرات الأداء البيئي كأداة مكنتنا من الحكم على مدى تحكم المؤسسة في التأثيرات السلبية على البيئة، واستعنا بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي و أداة المقابلة للحصول على المعلومات وتحليل وثائق و مستندات، وقد تبين انه على الرغم من أن المؤسسة قامت باستحداث تكنولوجيا نظيفة هدفها التقليل من انبعاث الغبار و الغازات الخطيرة، وانتهاج سياسة واضحة للتخلص من نفايات العملية الإنتاجية بطريقة آمنة، و محاولتها ترشيد استخدام الموارد الطاقوية و المائية، إلا أن تحكمها بقى جزئيا و قد خلص المقال بتقديم بعض الاقتراحات لأجل تحسين الأداء البيئي للمؤسسة This article seeks to learn about developments from the black stone cement establishment in the field of environmental protection in pursuit of sustainability, so we have analyzed environmental performance indicators as a tool to enable us to judge how the organization controls the negative effects on the environment. We have used the analytical descriptive approach and the interview tool to obtain information and analyze documents and documents, and it has been found that although the Foundation has developed a clean technology aimed at reducing the emission of dangerous dust and gases, and has adopted a clear policy for the safe disposal of waste from the production process. The article concluded by making some suggestions for improving the environmental performance of the enterprise
