The advancement of digital technology has encouraged the public to rely on health applications as practical and efficient medical service solutions. One widely used application in Indonesia is Halodoc. This study aims to evaluate the success of the Halodoc application based on the six dimensions of the PIECES framework: Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service. A quantitative approach using a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected via an online questionnaire distributed to 80 active Halodoc users and subsequently analyzed. The results indicate that all PIECES dimensions achieved an average score above 4, falling into the "satisfied" category. The Information dimension received the highest score (4.48), followed by Performance (4.43), Efficiency (4.41), Service (4.36), Economics (4.35), and Control (4.21). These findings suggest that users are generally satisfied with the services provided by Halodoc, although the system control aspect requires improvement. Thus, it can be concluded that the PIECES framework is effective for comprehensively evaluating the success of the Halodoc application. These findings are expected to provide strategic insights for developers to enhance service quality, ensuring the application operates optimally and meets user needs. Furthermore, the results underscore the necessity for Halodoc to strengthen data security measures to maintain user trust amidst rising cyber threats targeting health applications.
