Abstract: Teamwork is an essential competency in the 21st century, which is critically needed to development among students in order to prepare them to grow into good citizen of society Teamwork behavior is a social skill that teachers need to focus on and develop for students. This article aims to present 1) Meaning and importance of teamwork behavior 2) Learning theories used to develop teamwork behaviors and 3) Findings that can be useful guides for developing teamwork behaviors. So that those involved can use it as a guideline for further development of student teamwork behavior.
